Taiwan's internationally acclaimed Cloud Gate Dance Theatre returns to the United States this November with Blue Hour / Beckoning, a captivating double bill by Artistic Director CHENG Tsung-lung. Blending contemporary dance with Taiwanese cultural traditions, the production explores solitude, human connection, and the expressive power of movement.

Inspired by the fleeting moments between night and day, Blue Hour offers a poetic reflection on inner emotions through graceful yet restless movements. In contrast, Beckoning draws inspiration from Taiwan's traditional Eight Infernal Generals temple rituals, transforming folk movements into a vibrant and playful contemporary dance experience.

The tour begins on November 14 at the Lensic Performing Arts Center in Santa Fe, followed by Kingsbury Hall in Salt Lake City on November 17, and concludes at UCLA's Royce Hall in Los Angeles on November 21 at 8 PM.
