All of Sun Ten Museum’s collection arts works have been sent back to Taiwan in 2019. To present the national treasure collection of Taiwan art history, the National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts is currently working on research and curation to make the collection on view for the public in the near future. Before the physical exhibition launches, Kobi Chen, the director of Sun Ten Museum, also opens an on-line exhibition in November 2019, which sums up the journey of Sun Ten collection returning to its homeland.
This on-line exhibition recorded the process of these art works travelling around the US, which includes workshops taking place in New York and Los Angeles, and behind-the-scene videos from the farewell exhibition “Drama and Exhibit” in June 2019 at Sun Ten Museum. Moreover, Chen has uploaded all these files onto Cloud as a complete record and display, and everyone is welcome to browse it online.
